Joomla Website Development for Famous Music Academy

ACM (Academy of Contemporary Music) based in Guildford have, over the past 12 years, developed some of the most innovative music industry education currently available anywhere in the World.

Their portfolio of student success stories include the likes of Newton Faulkner and Amelle Berrabah from The Sugarbabes, to name just a couple.

ACM first approached Box of Blue back in January of 2008 to discuss the redesign and redevelopment of their website. They were looking for a new look to reflect the upbeat and ever changing nature of their business as one the Country's foremost musical academies. Box of Blue couldn't wait to get involved!

ACM's internal design department produced a stunning new look for their site which Box of Blue worked hard to bring together into web form. Not only was the front-end 'look and feel' revamped but the entire back-end structure was also redeveloped.

The project took on a whole new level when ACM announced their own ACM Gospel Choir had won a place in the BBC series "Last Choir Standing", and the race was on to get their new site live to the World in time for their pending publicity.

The ACM Gospel Choir achieved a magnificent fourth place and raised the profile of the Academy of Contemporary Music. Their new website, since its launch in July 2008 has had a 100% increase in traffic and is bringing a fresh new vibrancy and energy to the academy.

The new website is lush with features including a live chat area, streaming radio and video services, and a student portal among many other features.
